Thank you for your interest in our home. Real estate agents, please read the statement below. We are the 1st owners, we built this home in 2016. We purchased most available options and added many contractor upgrades during the build process, some of those upgrades include:
We were able to add a full bath on the main floor by removing the gas fireplace option, therefore giving us more footage of living space in the living room and bathroom.
The basement (finished in 2017) is also custom. Since the laundry room is on the main floor, we are able to add more space to the interior garage length while still having ample room in the basement.
In-ground Pool and backyard
The pool, paved patio, and grass were all installed in September of 2016. The pool was put into service in May 2017. The heating system and filter system were both upgraded in 2022
