Charming condo located in the fastest developing area of Laval, 8 minutes walking distance to metro Montmorency, steps away from College Montmorency, University of Montreal, Place Bell and Centre Laval shopping mall. Easy access to highway 15, 440, grocery stores, restaurants, medical facilities and many other amenities.
The condo is situated on the first floor (not basement). It offers two spacious bedrooms, open concept living room and dining room, well designed kitchen, a large bathroom with build in space for washer and dryer, and a walk in storage room. The patio door opens to a large balcony bordered by a mature cedar hedge. The condo shares an exterior inground pool with other buildings.
