On the ground floor: hardwood floors, custom built kitchen with deep sink, quartz countertops, water intake for the fridge, heated ceramic floor, fully redone bathroom with heated floor and European style shower faucet, three rooms with large windows, patio door in the master bedroom leading onto a small lighted patio. In the basement: quality floating floors, very large family room of 34 x 12 feet, a large bedroom with 12 feet wardrobe, bath and laundry room with heated floor and glass shower, cedar closet and large storage below the stairs. Downtown bus to the door at peak hours or three minutes walk to Milan boulevard.
Insulation for finished parts of the basement was redone over the norms. Roof insulation brought to today's standards. New Pex plumbing and electricity redone, new gas water heater, roof 2014, basement redone 2017. All windows changed and enlarged from 2013 to 2018. Fence and shed 2106. Large lit patio in the back.
