Superb condo, corner unit at the ground floor level, ideal for more privacy. Walking distance from Chevrier Bus terminal, and close to Dix30 shopping centre. Floating floor everywhere except kitchen and ceramic in the bathroom. Washer/dryer in the closed storage room. Very functional kitchen, with lots of cabinets, and an open concept to the living room and dining room. Patio door and small terrace facing the parking lot. Heated parking space in the indoor garage. Abundant windows. Large master bedroom with walk-in. Vestibule in the entrance. Wall-mounted air conditioner. Hot water and garage heating are included in condo fees.
