Charming and modern condo with fantastic panoramic vistas of the Eco-Parc du Quartier, the Solar, and DIX30 complexes from all 3 floors.
The new REM station is 500 m from the door. Also, there are a new grade school and a high school under construction even closer! It is hard to imagine a commerce or service missing within 3 km from one the 3 indoor parkings. There is also a convenient and spacious locker in the garage. Another great feature is a 18X18 private terrasse adjacent to the masters bedroom.
