Located in the heart of Quartier DIX30, this condo is close to all facilities by car in less than 4-8 minutes including REM Brossard, REM du Quartier, Costco, Walmart, DIX30 and restauramts, daycares and schools, gyms, Canadian Tire, etc.
The condo has two entrances: First entrance from the private double garage that leads to private stairways within the condo into your lower floor, where the bedrooms, bathroom and office space is located. The second entrance is typically for guests which is through the main entry of the building which opens to the upper floor where the living room, the kitchen and the powder room are located.
Lower floor: Two large bedrooms, the office space could be either used as separate TV room or can be partitioned to become a small third bedroom. A very large bathroom with cabin shower. The rooms have their own spacious closets.
Upper floor: Open concept kitchen and living room receiving lots of light all day long. The powder room includes the laundry space. One big balcony which is super cozy especially in summer and autumn.
