Nice 3 bedroom townhouse with double garage, and no neighbour in the back. Hardwood staircase. Upgraded air conditioning with heat pump, 2 X 9000BTU wall units, still have full warranty. Large wardrobe in the basement. Many big windows with a lot of light.

Two minutes walking distance from a children's park and a park for dogs.
