Flexible occupation. Oak flooring on main level. Wall mounted a/c (with thermopump), finished basement. Parking for 4 vehicles . Five minute walk to public transport , schools, grocery stores, clinic, pharmacy and the touristic Fort Chambly. Most of house has been renovated :
