A beautiful duplex with charm located in the prestigious area near the Pierre Boucher hospital, clinic, daycare, kindergarten, public & private schools, shopping center, Costco and IKEA, parks, bicycle path, public transportation, BUS & train (20 minutes to downtown Montreal.) The large courtyard overlooks a wooded area, with no neighbors behind, very calm.
