The house is out of the flood zone (supporting certificate of location). Nature in the city in Mont-Saint Hilaire. Our house on the banks of the Richelieu located at the foot of the mountain. A rarity.

La maison est Hors de la zone inondable (certificat de localisation à l'appui). La nature en ville à Mont-Saint Hilaire. Notre maison sur le bord du Richelieu située au pied de la montagne. Une rareté.
Cette ville dynamique offre tous les services, dont le transport en commun qui vous emmène au centre-ville de Montréal. La région a de bons restos, de bonnes écoles, des musées, un cinéma et des salles de spectacles. On y trouve aussi de nombreux vergers et des vignobles. Un chalet est désormais superflu!
Voici donc un cottage situé sur le bord de l'eau. On trouve sur le terrain des arbres centenaires dans un jardin écologique. Des arbustes fruitiers complètent le magnifique décor de la belle rivière Richelieu, si riche en histoire. Les amateurs pourront y observer de nombreux oiseaux.
Ce grand terrain intime est bordé de haies. Située selon une orientation est-ouest, la maison de deux étages offre une grande luminosité. Toutes les fenêtres donnent sur la verdure et l'ensoleillement. Vous assisterez à de merveilleux couchers de soleil.
Les amateurs de plein air pourront ranger leur matériel saisonnier sous la grande terrasse imperméabilisée et profiter des bienfaits de la nature en ville.
Cette maison n'a connu que deux propriétaires, on aime y habiter longtemps pour profiter du magnifique paysage. Comme de nombreux artistes qui ont adopté Mont-Saint-Hilaire, nous resterons dans cette belle région pour sa grande beauté paisible.
