The building refers to a three-storey detached 6-plex of quality, good appearance and in good overall condition. Built in 1989, the exterior cladding is made of brick and aluminum. Each appartments are good size and functional. The floor coverings are floating, vinyl tile and ceramic tile. The kitchen cabinets are made of melamine and the countertops are made of laminate. The type of heating is by electric baseboards. There are 10 parking spaces at the back of the building, as well as 6 sheds for the use of tenants.
The roof was redone about 10 years ago with asphalt shingles. The exterior doors and sliding aluminum windows were changed about 15 years ago. Over the years, the majority of the kitchens have been updated and the flooring has all been changed.
