Warm single-storey house located in a very sought after neighborhood, near elementary and secondary schools, CEGEP, daycares, the library, grocery stores and restaurants, all close to downtown. Several green spaces, a marina, bike paths and the magnificent canal adjacent to Sauvé Park complete the environment
.Nestled in a residential area, this magnificent residence has 3 bedrooms, with the possibility of developing a fourth. Decorated up to date, the 2 bathrooms were redone: the one on the first floor in 2020, with a feminine and very elegant touch, and the one in the basement in 2026. Both have been renovated with great attention to detail. The master bedroom upstairs is spacious and bright; the crystal light fixture adds beautiful lighting in harmony with the electric fireplace. The second bedroom has been transformed into a walk-in/guest room. An electric fireplace has also been installed in the living room, offering a warm atmosphere.
The first floor maintains its privacy thanks to a division installed with a sliding door, practical when I had a roommate who lived in the basement, which also gives the possibility of making an additional income if you wish.
The basement of the house was flooded on August 9, 2024 during the passage of Hurricane Debby, like half of the properties in Salaberry-de-Valleyfield. Plusieurs espaces verts, une marina, des pistes cyclables et le magnifique canal adjacent au parc Sauvé complètent l'environnement.
Nichée dans un quartier résidentiel, cette magnifique résidence compte 3 chambres à coucher, avec possibilité d'en aménager une quatrième. Décorée au goût du jour, les 2 salles de bains ont été refaites : celle du premier étage en 2020, avec une touche féminine et très élégante, et celle du sous-sol en 2026. Les deux ont été rénovées avec un grand souci du détail. La chambre des maîtres à l'étage est spacieuse et lumineuse ; le luminaire en cristal ajoute un bel éclairage en harmonie avec le foyer électrique. La seconde chambre a été transformée en walk-in/chambre d'amis. Un foyer électrique a également été installé au salon, offrant une ambiance chaleureuse.
Le premier plancher conserve son intimité grâce à une division installée avec une porte coulissante, pratique lorsque j'avais une chambreuse qui habitait le sous-sol, ce qui donne aussi la possibilite de faire un revenu supplementaire si vous le souhaitez.

Un clapet anti-retour a été installé pour éviter que cela se reproduise. Le plancher du sous-sol a dû être retiré et les bas de murs coupés pour prévenir d'éventuels problèmes. Le gypse est déjà sur place, ainsi que le plafond suspendu de la salle de bain et le plancher de vinyle de la troisième chambre ; je n'ai simplement pas eu le temps de m'en occuper.
Un atelier se trouve au sous-sol, pratique si vous avez besoin de ranger vos outils. Le réservoir d'eau chaude de 40 gallons a été remplacé en 2025, ce qui évite les frais de location d'Hydro-Solution.
Un petit garage, doté de son propre panneau électrique et d'un chauffage automatique, est assez grand pour une petite voiture ou, dans mon cas, ma moto. Très utile pour remiser la tondeuse ou les meubles de patio durant l'hiver. Un petit patio 8 × 8 a été construit en 2026, avec amplement d'espace pour l'agrandir.
L'occupation pourrait être rapide, et certains articles comme les électroménagers datant de 2022 pourraient être inclus si vous le souhaitez, moyennant un supplément.
Les voisins sont adorables et respectueux ; le bruit est quasi inexistant, et une fête de quartier est organisée chaque année. J'habite la maison depuis 2018 : c'est un petit bijou dans lequel j'ai mis tout mon amour.
