this property located on the edge of Mont St-Hilaire, in a crescent (cul de sac) and not on the path of the Patriotes road  (main road). Near highway 20 (4 km).  and only 15 minutes from Montreal. Very peaceful area. 

the property has been almost completely renovated over the years (over $150,000 in renovations).
