Gorgeous view on the Richelieu river, this vacant land is beside the Sauvé patrimonial home constructed in 1804 located at 255 Chemin des Patriotes in Saint-Charles-sur-Richelieu. This land does not have a civic address yet. It is located in front of 260 Chemin des Patriotes. The land has also a great boat descent in concrete which continues in the water over approximately 29 square meters. A lease has been authorized by the Centre d'Expertise Hydrique du Québec for less than 80$ per year. A retaining wall has been built in concrete blocks and rocks to support the landfill.
The frontage on the water is closed to 270 feet over the water and is a great place for an exclusive luxury home.
The area of 2 851,7 square meters has been obtained with the fusion of the 2 lots 3 405 244 et 3 405 253. Water lot was created with land fill. The new number Resulting from the merge of the 2 lots is 5 386 719.
