Il s'agit du plus beau condo de ce bâtiment ! Il faut le voir
Situé au dixième étage, sur le bord du fleuve et avec une vue spectaculaire, ce bâtiment ''vintage'' couleur champagne et chocolat vous charmera.
La finition a été refait entièrement, c'est à dire les planchers dans la salle à manger, le salon, la chambre, la salle de bain et la cuisine. Également la vanité, les armoires de cuisine et le panneau électrique ont été remplacés.
La porte patio a été changé récemment et la céramique de la cuisine dispose d'un élément chauffant ajustable. Un stationnement intérieur ainsi qu'un espace de rangement le rendent très attirant.
Super lumineux, il est vraiment beau et bien conçu ! Il est extrêmement bien situé et peut être disponible très rapidement si nécessaire.
Le bâtiment est muni d'une terrasse sur le toit, toît qui a complètement été refait en 2026. Donc tranquilité d'esprit totale.
Les frais de condo inclus l'électricité, l'eau chaude et le chauffage. Le stationnement intérieur, rangement, voisinage sympathique, buanderie, air climatisé... vraiment agréable.
