You have a large family and need a huge house with 4 bedrooms, two full bathrooms, come visit her and she will charm you as she did our family. Comfort, space, brightness will be there. 

The entrance hall has a sliding door and the kitchen has heated floors. 

The master bedroom has its own patio door and independent balcony, it also has a large walk-in closet. A wooden wall is also installed. 

Currently, one of the bedrooms on the ground floor is fitted out as an office but can be used as a child's bedroom.

A full bathroom with a clawfoot tub is ready for you to relax.

Two bedrooms, one with two wardrobes and one with a large wardrobe, await you on the 1st floor as well as a full bathroom with ceramic shower and glass door, you will also find the washer/dryer.

Part of the basement is a service cellar and the other part is currently converted into a gaming room. A small workshop is also part of the basement.

A balcony at the front of the house and a large balcony behind with an above-ground swimming pool (canvas changed in 2018).

Many renovations were made in 2012. Insulation redone, acrylic exterior, sheet metal roof, kitchen, upstairs bathroom, gutters and installation of two wall-mounted air conditioning units (one in the master bedroom and the other on the 1st floor).
