Very sunny open concept condo on the second floor of a building with only four units. Excellent soundproofing, low heating costs. Two parking spaces located at the rear of the building.
Close to services: grocery stores, local market, restaurants, stores. Bike path, beach and trails less than 5 minutes away. Very quick access to highways 132, 15, 30 and (...)
