Street level renovated with taste and care for details. Impressive fenestration. Big dining room open to the kitchen and very big living room.

A bathroom and a washroom. Two bedrooms on the main floor and one bedroom in the basement.

Vast basement allowing for lots of storage. The garage and carport are integrate parts of an all brick house. Two  asphalt driveways.
