Beautiful detached house, country side in the city, completely rebuilt to modern standards, everything is new except the brick outside

 

1300 square feet per floor: 

- First floor has a huge open space, powder room and a big office/bedroom

- Second floor has 4 bedrooms including a a huge master bedroom with private bathroom and walk in closet, another bathroom and a shared living space

- Basement has a separate entrance and lots of big windows and has a lot of potential for income generation

 

We bought the house a year and a half ago and planned to make it our dream home, but our planes recently changed so the plan is now to finish it and sell it. We are now in the finishing stages, planning to choose floor materials, kitchen etc

Wanted to try to see if anyone is interested in buying it now before we choose all the finishes so they can choose their own kitchen, floor, etc

Finished comparables around are selling for around 1.5 million so there's good profit margins - I'll show you examples. Estimate cost to finish between 100k and 150k depending on finish quality
