Beautiful duplex with garage, completely renovated. 5 ½ apartment renovated in summer of 2022. Possibility for a bachelor apartment in the basement. The backyard has paving stones, front balcony, and stairs were renovated in 2010. Front windows from top to bottom changed in 2008. Located near all amenities: Galeries D'Anjou, Place Versailles, Metro Honoré-Beaugrand, and walking distance to Anjou shopping mall. Close to French and English primary schools, as well as high school.
