Occupancy 2025. Cottage-style townhouse on four levels in Anjou-sur-le-Lac, air-conditioned on all floors. South-west exposure. Private terrace with no rear neighbors. Private garage. Two bedrooms upstairs and a third on the upper level, all fit for king-size beds. Warm living space with lots of storage. A home where life is good.
