Beautiful open concept condo 50m away from Snowdon metro station. This modern and luxurious unit offers hardwood floors, granite countertops in the kitchen, central heating and air conditioning system. The unit was built in 2013 and is still under warranty until 2018.
Very bright unit located at the back of Queen Mary. Concrete building. The condo also has a private balcony. The Metro grocery store and Decarie are down the street. Minutes away from HEC, University of Montreal and the Saint-Joseph's Oratory.
