Charming Condo in the Heart of Notre Dame de Grâce
We're pleased to present our beautiful and cozy condo, filled with character and warmth. Nestled in the vibrant neighborhood of Notre Dame de Grâce, youll find yourself within walking distance of Monkland Village, with its delightful cafés, grocery stores, and more. The area is also family-friendly, with parks and schools nearby, making it an ideal location for all.
This home has been lovingly maintained and features stunning hardwood flooring throughout, complemented by solid wood door frames and window panes that enhance its charm. The thoughtful upgrades include new terracotta tile in the kitchen and all-new aluminum windows that let in plenty of natural light. The living room showcases exquisite stained glass details and rich wooden accents, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere.
