Beautiful detached duplex, completely renovated: electricity, plumbing, insulation, kitchen, bathroom, doors and windows. The roof and the chimney were redone in 2016 and a new heating system was installed in 2023. The duplex can easily be transformed into a cottage.
On the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms plus a large room in the basement that can be used as an extra bedroom or an office. The kitchen is open to the dining room and the living room.
It is a bright apartment with large windows and mature trees all around. The floors are hardwood and in the extension there is a heated floor. The countertops in the kitchen are made of quartz and wood, and the counter in the bathroom is made of concrete.
In the backyard, a large terrace allows you to enjoy the beautiful summer days. There is also a shed to store your equipment and a parking spot.
