-assessment : $405.00/month  ( roof, garage, security system, elevators) upgraded and/or replaced. Currently the 2nd elevator replacement is ongoing.
-security fund contribution: $78.00/month 

Condo fees rollback is subject to yearly evaluation as work is being done. Up to now, we had two roll backs.
