Beautiful condo, large 2 bedrooms + 2 full bathrooms, great location, all amenities ( stove, washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, 2x walk-in closets), large balcony, indoor parking, as well access to building's 10 cars outdoors parking (for visitors and/or second car).
5 minute walk from Snowdon Metro station, commercial street just around the corner, or half a block away from a park.
The current $978.00.month condo fee includes as follows:
-condo fee: $495.00/month ( default condo fee)
-assessment : $405.00/month ( roof, garage, security system, elevators) upgraded and/or replaced. Currently the 2nd elevator replacement is ongoing.
-security fund contribution: $78.00/month
Condo fees rollback is subject to yearly evaluation as work is being done. Up to now, we had two roll backs.
