Beautiful condo, large 2 bedrooms  + 2 full bathrooms, great location, all amenities ( stove, washer, dryer, fridge, dishwasher, 3x walk-in closets), large balcony, indoor parking, as well, the building owns a 10 cars outdoors parking (for visitors and/or second car).
5 minutes walk from Snowdon Metro station, commercial street just around the corner, or half a block away from a park. 
Purchased in 2010 for $358k, and a additional $38,928 spent in building upgrades in the past 5 years as follows: 
2015- $3,336- special fund
2016- $3,336- special fund + $7,524 garage renovation
2017-2020- $3,336- special fund +$4,908 garage renovation / year.
2020 year will be the last year to contribute towards the garage renovation project. My understanding is that the contribution to the special fund will be till Oct-2021, we get updated in Oct @ annual co-owners meeting.
