Location, Location,Location... Starter Home in move in condition. Fresh paint, new flooring many changes not shown in pics. Come visit...Townhouse in Dollard des Ormeaux, at a walking distance from train, buses and all services, located in a quiet area. Spacious townhouse a large living room, powder room, kitchen and dining area. On 1st floor a large Master-bedroom with a lot of storage place,2 additional bedrooms and a renovated bathroom (2008) with lots of storage space. Finished Basement, Patio deck good size backyard... Many renovation in the last 3 years, Kitchen ceramics ( 2006), Roof ( 2005), Bathroom (2008). Finished basement and a possible 4th bedroom or office.
