Large condo on 2 floors, easy access to downtown Montreal, in a family neighborhood, completely renovated: hardwood floor, kitchen with self-closing cabinets, stone shower, bath on base in the master bedroom, central vacuum. The garage has been converted into a living room connected to the condo by two internal doors.
Access to a private space in the backyard, acquired right to install a spa.
Extra: private parking space with possibility of installing an electric bollard, fireplace. Air conditioning, double wall bed and appliances are included.
Management of the condominium according to the latest recommendations of the government: maintenance plan over 15 years with contingency fund.
