A gem
To see this magnificent condo by the mouth of Lake St-Louis with an exceptional view to the horizon and breathtaking sunsets all year round it to fall in love with it.
Thanks to its indoor garage, there is a very nice backyard with a private terrace surrounded by grass and very quiet. Ideal for Summer BBQs. No cars, no garbage cans, or recycling bins in the backyard!
This 1017 sq.ft. unit has a superb view of the lake from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and balcony.
Welcoming living room with gas fireplace. Thanks to the winter Sun you can turn it off in the afternoon. In summer, the sun being higher, the house is kept cool thanks to the draft between the French window of the balcony and the French window of bedroom 2 located opposite at the back. Rarely, will you need the split air conditioner, which is already installed.
