Bright - Peaceful street - Lively neighborhood!
After nine happy years here, we know exactly what we're going to miss the most.
First, the incredible luminosity. This is the most exceptional point of this condo: it is bathed in light from morning to night. The sun rises from the alley side, illuminating the rooms first thing in the morning, and then flooding the living room all
afternoon. Then, the private roof terrace. This is where our summers are spent: barbecues with friends, the Jacques-Cartier Bridge that lights up in the background and, every summer, Loto-Québec fireworks, twice a week. At the front of the condo, the view overlooks Mount Royal.
Then, the tranquility of Drolet Street. Lined with trees on both sides, this portion of the street is closed by railways, which diverts all traffic to Saint-Joseph and Saint-Denis. The result is a calm that is very rare for the Plateau, even though it is a five-minute walk from everything.
The condo: This is a 1,111 sq.ft. penthouse located on the 4th and last floor (no one above!) des Cours du Cloaître, a popular eight-unit condominium built in 1994, at the much sought after junction of Plateau-Mont-Royal
and Mile End.The open living space is enhanced by a cathedral ceiling and a gas fireplace. The condo has three bedrooms, including our master bedroom located on the mezzanine, which can be completely closed by large sliding doors. Storage is plentiful, including a large closet (2.26 m x 1.18 m) on the mezzanine. The unit also includes a central vacuum, two recent heat pumps (2025) and a private and designated outdoor parking space at the back
.Everything that matters has been done recently:
2025: Completely renovated bathroom.
be done.2025: Installation of two heat pumps (one at the bottom and one at the top in the mezzanine).
2025: Replacement of windows and patio doors throughout the condominium.
2019: Replacing the water heater.
2017: Roof repair.
Co-ownership: The syndicate is rigorously administered internally. The condominium has an excellent contingency fund, self-insurance fund and table of work to
The neighborhood: located between Saint-Denis and Saint-Laurent, at the meeting point of the Plateau, Mile End and Little Italy, it is a real little haven of peace in the middle of the most lively neighborhoods in Montreal. Groceries, fresh bread, pharmacies, shops, shops, excellent restaurants, excellent restaurants, Laurier metro and buses are 5 minutes away on foot (Rosemont metro and Fairmount Bagel 9 minutes away). Schools, daycares and parks (including Laurier Park) are nearby. By bike, the REV Saint-Denis and the Laurier bike path start from here and take you quickly to downtown or Jean-Talon. By car, the Saint-Denis and Saint-Joseph axes quickly take you to the motorways or off the island

Lumineux - Rue paisible - Quartier vivant!
3 chambres
Plafond cathédrale et foyer au gaz
Terrasse privée sur le toit
Thermopompes et aspirateur central
Stationnement extérieur privé
