Warm and sunny on the third floor of a pleasant and respectful co-ownership.
Ideally located on the Plateau Mont-Royal in a quiet area opposite Baldwin Park. Close to all amenities in the Plateau Mont-Royal district.
Cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, cheese shops, butchers, all our favorite shops located within a few minutes on foot. Bixi station and bus station also very close.
The 2 balconies, at the front and at the back, allow you to enjoy the sun in the morning with a superb view of Baldwin Park and to have an aperitif at the back in the colors of the end of the day.
The apartment served as my base for work for a few years, but I also lived there full-time for a few years. It is a very well organized apartment for cooking and spending quality time.
I preferred to use the Murphy bed in the middle of the apartment but the previous owners used the living room space to make a bedroom. Free to you! I am also open to selling with any furniture that I have carefully found to optimize space. I loved my move to the 4250 fullum.
