Mais que dire du quartier. Entre le parc du mont royal et le parc de Lafontaine, Sympa randonnées, impression de vivre dans la nature, sans compter les événements culturels multiples. Près aussi d'écoles, hôpital, transport en communs. La plus proche station de métro est Mont-Royal.
L'aspect bi-génération est rare pour le quartier. Nous avons donc un 3 1/2 au rez-de-chaussée et un 6 1/2 au deuxième et troisième étages.
