Beautiful family home with spacious living areas.
On the second floor, you enter directly into a vast L-shaped room, comprising a double living room and a dining room/kitchen of 62 m2 or 650 p2.
The kitchen can accommodate a large freezer-refrigerator up to 40 inches wide. A dishwasher can also be installed. The three countertop outlets are independent, so you can connect the kettle and microwave to the 20A outlet at the same time, and two other appliances, toaster and food processor, to the two 15A outlets.
The bathroom features a bathtub, sink, toilet and 60-gallon water heater, the largest on the market. There are also three large shelves for storing cleaning and other products.
The spacious bedroom, which doubles as an office, has ample storage space. It also accommodates Videotron and/or Bell input. An RJ45 cable runs from the office to the second living room to power the TV or other equipment (an alarm system).
A small hallway leads to the 9 x 26 foot courtyard where you can enjoy your meals. It is equipped with a shed large enough to store gardening and winter sports equipment, as well as four bicycles.
