Owner occupied type of triplex, substantially refurbished between 2005 and 2019. Works done include rough plumbing and electricity 85 % redone, all 3 bathrooms were totally redone, as well as the three kitchen with thermoplastic cupboards. All the flooring was redone on all levels. Roof redone in 2008. The ground floor level (#463) was renovated with higher quality materials and workmanship.
This building has a condo conversion potential, after being transformed into an undivided co-owner ship (with co-ownership contract). Considering the fact that these three apartment have terraces and balconies and the backyard is improved with perennials, and shrubs.
