The living area is 1875 square feet (625 square feet per floor).
The upper floor has 2 very large bedrooms and a bathroom (with the possibility of separating the second bedroom to have 3 on the upper floor). On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen, dining room, and living room. In the basement, theres a third very large bedroom (or family room) with a bathroom and access to the indoor garage.
