Nice and pleasant home.
The kitchen and the terrasse are spectacular.
Renovated kitchen and bathrooms; heating floor in the kitchen.

The living room includes a fireplace (gas).

The house is warm in winter and cool in summer. We rarely use the AC.

Beautiful quiet street, with little traffic, lined with mature trees, close to Stanislas and Brébeuf Colleges, the University of Montreal, and its brand new MIL Complex.
Nearby hospitals: Ste-Justine, St-Mary's, and Jewish.
