The master bedroom, large in size, includes California style closets so you won't lack any space to put all the clothes you want.
- The open concept living space, kitchen, and dining room have a vast range of possibilities in terms of set up or layout. The central fireplace keeps the place cozy and the many windows oriented towards the balcony give you a nice space to eat outside, enjoy the view or cook on your BBQ.

LOCATION highlights:
New REM station a 300m walk away (2 - 4 minutes) which has a projected time to Central Station of 21 minutes and under 20 minutes to McGill metro station. Dorval airport (15-minute drive in traffic or accessible via new REM as of 2023), grocery stores also within walking distance, many daycares in the area, English and French elementary schools, high schools as well as the renowned Beaubois college.
Access to highways, main arteries, and public transit are all very practical and efficient.
