Townhouse (no fees) turnkey located in a highly sought PAT neighborhood, facing the Nature Park of Pointe-aux-Prairies (no neighbors in front). A 5-minute walk to the East train station. Live in the countryside with all the advantages of the city: public transportation, schools, day care, playground and shops nearby, 2 prestigious golf courses, bike trails, hiking and skiing, etc. !
Dining / kitchen / living room with open plan fitted with large windows, which makes very bright rooms! "Walk-in" pantry and 11' feet kitchen counter. 9 'ceiling in the living room and o'gees.
