Beautiful 2-story condo built in 2020 and under ACQ warranty. Located in the greatest eco community in the heart of Rosemont, It offers 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms on the upper level, among which a huge 232 square feet master bedroom with a walk-in and bathroom.  

 
Concrete construction with superior soundproofing and 9-foot ceilings. 
 
Quiet central air conditioning system with forced air (very economical).
 
In addition to an abundance of windows, the unit is among the brightest in the building due to its location. You will be able to enjoy the sunshine in the morning in the living area and upstairs in the afternoon. The master bedroom overlooks the future maple grove and the public square of the pedestrian block in which the building is located. The balcony of the living space is 84 sq. ft., it is located on the courtyard side, and gas BBQs are allowed. Balconies are shifted so as to ensure more intimacy. 
 
The unit, storage, and garage (with private electrical hook-up) are ideally located near a staircase and an elevator. The 3rd floor, where the bedrooms are located, does not have a common hallway for more tranquility.
