The tour

Renovated from floor to ceiling in 2021, all the partitions have been replaced by new ones, including a complete both thermal and sound insulation - no noise passes between the adjoining apartments - and the entire plumbing and electricity systems have been replaced with new ones. The interior finishes are done, all you have to do is settle in!

The building's foundations and basement, roof and facade joints have been completely redone over the past three years.

The interior has been designed for the most pleasant possible daily life, from the orientation allowing the sun's rays to caress the living rooms, to the position of the classic and USB sockets or the HDMI cable directly in the partitions for the video projector, through the walk-in shower and the wall-mounted toilets.
