The very beautiful facade in stones and bricks is art deco inspired. Wrought iron gate on the side of the house with wrought iron flower boxes on the front. Staircase in natural stones.
The original plans of this superb cottage are signed by a famous Montreal architect and are available, as well as the film of the construction of the house in 1950.
The frame of the house is constructed from solid pieces of wood, which gives it exceptional acoustic insulation.
