Nice duplex located in a quiet neighborhood, a 5 minutes walk from du Collège metro station. Also within walking distance of all commodities (restaurants, drugstores, supermarkets, schools, parks, highways). Perfect for families, multi-generational, or for a rental property.
The duplex fits 2 spacious apartments (6 1/2), as well as a large backyard with 3 parking spots. There is also a basement (one large room under the entire building) that provides lots of storage space.
