This building was built by a  quality builder Samcon in 2013 . The building is managed by professional bilingual team. 

The unit is nicely decor and very  bright with a hardwood floor,1 closed spacious  bedroom with closet inside and 2 windows   , 1 full  luxury  bathroom ; bath tub with glass panel; a private balcony that does not has attach to other unit on one side    and plenty of windows in the unit thank to the fact this is the corner unit . We also have a private storage in the basement and a private mailbox on the main floor ; Free  access to  the beautiful gym with glass wall looking to old Montreal an bridge Jacque Cartier , and the swimming pool, wonderful top -roof  terrace  and a  warm welcome  comfortable  meeting/party  room with fireplace , tv, modern kitchen...  looking to the city .
