The Beaudry and Papineau metro stations are 350 m away, Berri-UQAM is 900 m away.
This beautiful condo never lived in includes high-end finishes. Including, a bedroom with a large laundry room, a modern fully equipped open concept kitchen with quartz countertops and backsplash, a bright living room with a large bay window, a hallway with closet, air conditioning and air exchanger. This building has garbage chutes.
Several common areas; a fitness room on the ground floor, a swimming pool on the roof of the building, a sauna with attached showers with a spectacular view of downtown. This common terrace offers a BBQ area, a yoga area, and many lounge chairs. All this is near all amenities.
