  This condo is located at 1225 Notre Dame street west and de la Montagne street, right in the heart of Montreal, steps away from the Bell Center, home of the Montreal Canadiens Hockey team. On the 6th floor of The Windsor building, it enjoys a spectacular view of the beautiful interior private gardens, fountains and the Montreal skyline. On the first level of this building of approximately 300 condos, there are numerous convenient businesses and restaurants such as a Subway, a 24 hour corner store, Lebanese and Japanese restaurants, Press Cafe, Dry cleaners etc. For groceries, there is an enormous Metro store across the street. It's also next door to ETS which is an advanced engineering school. For professionals, it's an easy walk to Rene Levesque street and the business district. For shopping, dining, or entertainment, it's an easy walk up the street for all that a first class city has to offer.
