One of the largest spacious 1 bedroom + den located in the most prestigious TDC3 Building. Well-appointed bright condo with large fenestration and an unobstructed rooftop view. This unit is uniquely positioned and has a nice private feel. Den encased in sliding glass doors give this condo extra potential; perfect for a home office, dining room, or extra bedroom.
The floor is high enough to get a very good view but low enough to have a fast elevator ride avoiding what high-floor tenants in 50+ floor towers have as issues. Also avoiding bad partying floors and neighbors. Very quiet and calm floor with super neighbors!
