Spacious and bright condo with huge open area and 10' ceiling, close to all services, in a very sought-after area.
On the 4th floor of a charming 8-story building of 21 condos, a very large unit with a huge open area kitchen/living room/dining room (possibility of adding a 2nd bedroom). Large rooms including the bedroom and bathroom with ceramic bath and shower. 16' long balcony.
