Superb condo/townhouse on two floors. Entirely and tastefully renovated in 2010.
Located in a quiet and charming street, on the second and third levels of a late XIXth building.
1st floor
High ceilings, large windows, outstanding surface, the first level is very luminous, perfect for people who love wide volumes.
The sun rises in the kitchen and sets in the living room. The kitchen opens on the balcony. The 1st floor is equipped with a functional natural fireplace. Ideal for long winter evenings.
2nd floor
The second floor is where you find the three bedrooms and the bathroom, around a landing, the latter being also very luminous thanks to a skylight. The wide bathroom has its own window opening on the leafy surroundings. The bedroom that opens on the backyard has its own balcony which communicates with the lower balcony through iron stairs.
