AVAILABLE Oct 1 2024. Attractive and bright condo on 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms, main bedroom has a large walk-in closet, full 5 piece bathroom, in-condo storage, and 1 outdoor parking space. Lots of sunlight. Absolutely NO Agents -do not call!
Great location as it is across the street from an elementary school, a park on-site, and a bus stop directly in front of the condo building. One block away is a high school, daycare, and children's water park. Only a 10-minute walk away is a shopping center with a pharmacy, grocery store, dollar store, several restaurants, and many more retailers. Located near the main roads (Allumettières highway, Champlain Bridge, only 15 minutes from Ottawa).
