Semi- Detached in Gatineau (Aylmer Sector). Modern and updated home 12 minutes from parliament. You don't need to buy anything. This is a turn key home. It comes fully furnished with furniture, appliances, pots and pans, flatware, utensils, beds, linen, tools, lawnmower, gardening tools, and way too much to list. Except for a few personal items, what you see in the pics is all included. This house is perfectly situated, you can walk to schools, grocery, dollar store, gas station, Tim Hortons and many more. 

2017-19- all upstairs bedrooms were revovated and freshly painted, carpets removed and high quality 12mm laminate flooring installed. 

2019 -new roof

2020- new kitchen

2024- new bathroom and downstairs toilet

2024 - freshly painted all upstairs closets and bedroom #2

Kitchen was totally renovated with IKEA cabinetry, fresh paint, ceramic tile flooring, granite counter top, range hood, new dish dishwasher, fridge,  and light in the draws and under the cupboards.
