When we visited this house for the first time, we were stunned by how it felt like we were in a single family home. The bricked facade, the spacious entry hall, the great lighting coming from the south facing, neighbour free, backyard and the large windows are all key features that makes this unique house warm, welcoming and spacious.
With its three bedrooms on the top floor, its two full bathrooms, its fully finished basement with a family room and open bedroom/office, its spacious open concept kitchen with granite countertops and its plethora of storage areas, this house made us happy throughout various stages of our lives.
